Amber Watson, M.S., CF-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Amber Watson graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders in 2016, and from the University of Mississippi with her Master of Science in Speech- Language Pathology in 2018. She has experience working in school, acute-care, and out-patient clinical settings. In addition to her clinical experience, Amber took the opportunity to conduct and present research related to the carry-over of target skills in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. This research was presented on a national level at the American Speech and Hearing Association in 2017. Amber is thrilled to join the AARC team, and especially likes the family-centered approach to therapy. She is excited to be part of an interdisciplinary team that works together and provides patients with the best care possible. If Amber isn't at AARC, you can usually find her with her rescue puppy Rosie or spending time with her adorable niece and nephews!
