Jennifer Crews, PT, DPT

Director of Physical Therapy

As head of our Physical Therapy department, Jennifer is responsible for creating and implementing programs to best match the needs of our physical therapy patients. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2010 with her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has a wide range of experience as she has had the opportunity to work in several pediatric settings including school systems, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and early intervention. Jennifer is certified in the Universal Exercise Unit, an invaluable tool that AARC uses as a major component in the physical therapy department and has completed level one of the Total Motion Release- Teens to Tots Certification.

It was Jennifer’s experience with many special-needs patients that led her to this position at AARC in 2015. She loves working with people from all walks of life. She enjoys teaching people how to help themselves and seeing them achieve more than they ever believed they could. As a member of the AARC team, Jennifer enjoys being a part of a team with the common goal to help patients and their families succeed.

Jennifer is married with two young children. She enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor activities such as camping and biking. If she manages any spare time, Jennifer also loves a good challenge at any DIY project.
